Try as we may to plan and schedule, babies rarely follow the rules. Each birth requires weeks of on-call time, flexibility in scheduling, and a willingness to lose sleep. I want all of my clients to rest assured that I'm just as excited to capture the birth of their baby as they are to have it captured, even at 2am. I absolutely love the unpredictability of this niche and am thrilled to offer a unique and trustworthy experience to each family.
Birth Photography is documentary photography.
Nothing about your birth plan changes when you hire a photographer. It is my goal to quietly and unobtrusively capture the events of the day (or night) as they unfold, whatever that looks like.

Sometimes, when parents are unfamiliar with birth photography, they ask if they'll be expected to act, stand, or look a certain way. Can I just take away that pressure? There is absolutely nothing extra you need to do to prepare for your baby's birth. You focus on supporting one another and delivering that sweet baby! I'll handle the rest.
